Well, maybe I'll draw something out of nowhere every four years or so lmao As a clarification, btw, it's an innate resistance to any attack that has someone directly using their own inner power to enhance their attacks, shoot projectiles, etc. If the attack involves something else like, fire, electricity, etc., then there's no resistance to be had there, although it is possible for my character to throw up a shield in an attempt to block it. You know, when this said it was the "rematch of the century," I didn't think it would actually mean it would take a century. There is a distinct possibility...

Whoa what? HO-LY SHIT. THIS BLEW, MY FUCKING MIND. I needed something to do with all this free time.
Response pending. Good to see something out of you after a long while, John.

Perfect. As to your response, I love how you transition from one attack to another seamlessly. Very stylish, very entertaining. I don't like how your opponent didn't attack back with his powers.

I don't like how your opponent didn't attack back with his powers. Well, there was a reason for this. For the one time I had Rialto fight back in my scene, I had the setup of the two characters in a CQC scenario, back to back no less. Rialto and, unfortunately enough, my guy, both primarily have ranged assaults for most of our powers. I figure that, whenever this specific matchup gets up-close and personal like that, there's going to be more of a reliance on sweet moves rather than powers at that point.

Couldn't find the motivation to do this properly, and just stopped worrying about prettying it up all-together. Sorry John. I'm going to focus more on the quantity aspect then the quality as I don't want to be hitting any brick walls. "But Nitro, you could do sooo much better!" You're right, I could, but I'm not going to. Because I don't feel like taking months to draw one simple picture. Expect random jumps in quality.

I'm not sure if anyone still looks at this site, but I figured I should just drop this here, the progress I had on my response before I gave up on it: The beginning portion was going to be Numbers pondering on how Rialto was able to react to and dodge the falling building, since most of the previous image was spent making sure Rialto's back was turned to it. He would've forgiven and forgot though, since Rialto AGAIN used another energy-boosted attack (perhaps in the heat of the moment?), which would of course resulted in lowered damage. The part where the strip cuts off was going to have Numbers fake an attack to make Rialto flinch, only to use some form of grab maneuver instead and combo that into some sweet moves to knock him into a nearby casino (as a cool change of scenery). Rialto would bounce around the surroundings cartoon-style (such as him sliding across a bar table, past a very drunk McJesus, or landing on a slot machine that I imagine Grim and Wheeljack would be playing only to have the arm fling him elsewhere). It would all end with him landing in a giant Roulette wheel, with Numbers coming in for what looked like a decisive blow, when in actuality it would have been a dramatic placing of a bet on the roulette wheel. Rialto would land on 00 in a daze, and then the ball would land on his face, resulting in the legendary 0000 and Numbers would have made bank and proceed to turn into a memelord (which is what that picture at the end is). I thought it would have been cool, but the site died. Ah well.
