Post an overly damatized short story about how you first came to the original Brawl thread. Here's mine, as an example:
Sheepshifter
"Come in, boy, come in." said the Elder Sheep.
Blue ventured into the back room normal reserved for the Elder Sheep's meditation. The slightly dark astmosphere of the inside room was a welcome change from the constant noise and violence of the outside training ring. "You called for me?" asked Blue. The Elder Sheep nodded, "I have a task for you." he said. Blue was ready for one of the Elder's usual chores, but this time, the Elder's tone was much more serious. "Blue, do you remember the pilgrim that came to our village a week ago?"
Blue nodded, being a small clan living up in the Immagination highlands, the Sheepshifters rarely saw another human that wasn't from the clan. So when the pilgrim Steve arrived a week ago, it caused quite a stir. "Yes, i remember him."
"Then, you must also remember where he was going when he left?"
"Yes, he said he was going to seek out a dojo that he had heard about, why?"
The Elder smiled, "Yes, Blue, and now i will have you do the same."
"What?"
"Blue, our dojo is small, almost unknown to the world, you are our best student, i would have you go out into the world, make a name for yourself, spread our way. That is your task, should you take it."
Blue was about to accept, but then he asked, "What about the others?" The other students of Sheepshifting wern't exactly apathetic about competition, and if they saw him leaving to get famous, they would revolt. "It's okay, they've agreed." said the Elder Sheep. "In fact, they want to see you, come in!" he called. The Sheepshifters came in.
Brown, Grey, Yellow, Green, Red, Turquiose, Pink, and Maroon. He'd known them, fought them, grown up with them, and in all this time, he'd never seen them all smiling at the same time. "So, i herd y'all gunna go out in t' the world." drawled Brown with his accent. "Yeah, i guess i am." said Blue. "Well then, here's a present from all of us." said Turquiose. Each Sheepshifter handed Blue a medalion in the shape of a sheep, each one in the color of one of the Sheepshifters. "We made them for you," said Yellow. "So we can come with you, without getting off our asses."
"These Medalions will let you summon them." said the Elder. "Now, are you ready?" Blue took a look around, at the Elder, his friends, and his life. Was he really ready to leave it behind, for a quest? "Um, Elder? What was the name of that Dojo that Steve was going to visit?"
"The MS Paint Brawl."
"I'm ready." Blue said.

It all began during a seemingly normal day. Browsing the internet, much like I always do. As I was walking down the streets of the BBS, I heard an explosion. Rushing towards the sound of the boom, I wondered what has happened. Never would I have know what my eyes were soon laid upon.
It was a fight that broke out. Not a fight, a brawl. People, dying around me. All I could see was a cloud of smoke, a person who's limbs seem to grow at will, and a man with a gold ring hovering above his head. I saw these two charge at each other, and I immediately ran for cover. Hiding in Programming, the closest city from General, I peered my head out to see if everything was alright. I then felt an urge, something was pulling me to the center of General, where the epic battle was taking place. I could not resist, and began to chase my urge. As soon as I entered the city limits, something struck my head.
Out cold.
I could not remember the next moments, but as I woke up from my slumber, I was thrown into a battle. And that's how it began.

well here goes. i just jumped in.  just joking. it all started in the morning. he come's from a family that is very poweful and he descended from dragons. yes dragons. so what.  anyway he was reckless and sometime's crazy. his mother and father alway's told him to be more uh...dragon like. but he said no he wanted to beat the snot out of people and be free not crammed (his house was gigantic) in a house all his life. a few year's passed then after raging war so long his parent's died. leaving him alone. he was only 7 but know he's 13. so after fafilling his wish of knocking the everloving tar out of people he wanted more. he traveled all over the galexy till he found what he was looking for. brawl city. he battled his way to the top to be eccepted by the people of brawl city and will continue till he reaches the big leaughs. |

well, basiacally i was walking down the genral and where to/how to street when i saw this building..i heard much noise so i walked in..i saw it was a brawl so i joined in..
then the devil popped in and destroyed most o us then someone came out of the dephs and rebuit the building far away from this bad place...

It is the year 2101, men women and children came in great numbers to see the opening of the white void, a place where anything could be possible, even bringing the dead back to life.
That was 5 years ago, it is now the year 2106, and the white void is now known as a lawless zone. Anything can happen, and I mean anything from rape to murder. But still many people come from around the world to the best damn fighting tournament ever conceived, simply known as "The Brawl".
This is where I come in, my name is not important, but if you must call me something call me, The Omnipresence. Why did I come to this void, if you said The Brawl you would be partially correct. Simply put I want to rule the world, how am I going to do this, using the power of the void to create an army large enough to overwhelm the planet. How does The Brawl come into play? The Brawl contains some of the strongest fighters on the planet and they are the only ones with a chance of defeating me, I must get rid of them first if I want to have a shot of my lifelong dream.
I believe soon, this world will be a very different place.

I can't register, so i'm posting as a guest.   Ivan Petrovich Vodkin was walking around and drinking vodka. He was in bad mood. Vodka was bad, and Ivan hasn't any money. Suddenly, some mysterious person with case and glasses stopped him. -We heard you need some money. -Yes i do. -Then we want to invite you to some experiment. -How much? -50000000 rubles. (2 million $) -50000000 HOLY MOTHER OF LENIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man invited Ivan to limo. At 14.15 they stopped near some building. Suddenly Ivan lost consciciousness (sic?). At 16.10 he awakened inside this building. He was laying on some kind of operational table. -Congratulations! You now are a super-soldier! Now we will test your reflexes. One of doctors took a tazer. -What the fudge? Ivan smashed doctor in face, tazered other, kicked guy in glasses at nards, and left the building. Guy in glasses picked a phone. -Tovarisch Putin, subject escaped! -... Ivan ran, ran, and ran, but suddenly, he saw Putin. -Putin? -Yes. Now go back to the lab. -Never! -Then I'll make you to. -No way! I am super-soldier! And you are a human! -I am not a human. I am a God. I will banish you to eternal suffering. *Putin transforms* -Behold my power! Battle commences! *Final boss music from Final Fantasy 3*  Ivan won! Ivan level up! Ivan STR +1! Ivan AGI +1! Ivan INT +1! Ivan DEF +1! Putin: Nooooooooooooooo!!! This cannot be! I am GOD !!!Suddenly, portal opened, and Ivan fell there. -Where I am??? -At the world of MS Paint Brawl. -Who are you? -I am Lord Doucheron. -  -I am demon, who never had a girlfriend, so i am very evil, and i gonna destroy this world! -Okay... -Now go, and fight someone. But spread the word! Lord Doucheron will destroy this world someday! -Okay. *Opens bottle of vodka and finds someone to fight.* |

I woke up that morning with a slight stabbing pain at my neck, the cheiften was proding me with a sharpened stick. It was a strange occasion, because he was wearing a fancy, polished tribal mask.
"Get up, Stretchy, get up!" He said quickly but quietly.
"What? Why? Training isn't for another 3 hours" I groaned
"No, you not go to training today, today you graduate."
With that, I knocked away the stick and leaped up out of bed,
"What!? Graduation!? But graduation isn't for like 6 months!"
"shh! shhh! You not want to wake other students, I give you special secret graduation" He softly pushed me back onto my bed "You have been great apprentise, and so you do special task"
I laughed, "Special task? Like cooking breakfast?"
"no, no, no! Said the cheftain, speaking much louder "You are going to represent the Tabushi tribe in a fighting tournament!" I was about to disagree, but as soon as I opened his mouth he quickly interupted "good! good! get dressed and meet me at the lookout point!" Of course, everything the cheftain says goes, so I couldn't really disagree anyway.
"fighting tournament?" I said, aproaching the cheftain and the other elders at the lookout point "surely you would pick a better fighter like Gavin or Sedgewick"
"no! They are the show-offs in this accademy!" Exclaimed Elder Swiggs, which was probably the only member of the tribe with a decent vocabulary. "we ask you because we know you have spirit and courage, enough to beat any fighter and never give up if it looks like you will fail!"
"Is exactly why we have chosen you!" said the Cheftain walking towards me. He said, much quieter, as if he didn't want the other elders to hear: "I think it would be best, other elders wish to train you to become huntsman for tribe, but I know your potential has yet to show upon any man". He looked up at me then, something hit my big toe, a drop of water. The cheftain was wearing his mask to stop the others from seeing this was making him cry, which would show as an unimaginable weakness. I knew then that I had to do it.
I collected my trusted sword and some supplies, and began my journey towards the city. I continued the treck over the mountain to Newgrounds City long through the day and night. When I arrived, I felt quite annoyed. It had begun, I was late, the brawl had started. I dropped my pack, unsheathed my sword, and ran into mist which contained one of the most brilliant battles of my life.

when he standed up he could just think of a wepon and sumon it,and think of a bullet and turn nto one.

I joined in Brawl with turtle and scythe in hand. Since I wasn't sure how to start it off, I threw my turtle (it doesn't hurt him) to see who it would hit.
It promptly struck Raulkill in the face, who can materialize any object he wants out of thin air, when he was attacking Trinidex with a chainsaw. Trin took this chance to kick Raulkill in the crotch.
Raulkill was not amused.
He then summoned a sword to duel in close combat with me, when I proved too much he then brought out a pistol and shot me in the leg, but I still did not waiver. After being fed up with my refusal to give up, he dropped a heavy anvil on top of me and readied a rocket launcher to finish the job.
I used my strength to lift it up and kindly handed it back to him. Sure, it was on his head, but it's the thought that counts, right?
Right.
Since this deed of good will had apparently angered him somehow, he summoned Sonic the Hedgehog's shoes and a random stick guy to demonstrate his speed and power on. His eyes were red with rage.
What he failed to realize was that Sonic has an enormous furry fanbase, and that wearing his shoes just might attract them.
The poor fool never saw it coming. Yes, that's right. He was "assaulted" by a fox, a wolf, a bear, and a cat. I ran off before I could get involved.
Fortunately for him, he managed to summon an electric razor to shave them, thus shaming them. He then asked if I would like to team up to defeat Infinitus. Who's abilities are, and I quote:
"He has the power to alter molecules however he wants. His brain processing power is also over 9000 times more complex than the average humans. superhuman strength, telekinesis, the ability to teleport himself or others over planetary, interplanetary and Intergalactic distances, and near total clairvoyance.
Sorta like Doctor Manhattan."
So, in other words, a god. Even though I agreed with the alliance, Raulkill pretty much left the battle after that and Infinitus didn't did do anything at all except for like, one fight long after he joined, nothing came out of that.

The doors to his cell opened. An orange fox stood at the entrance to the small, dark room. The orange fox was wearing gray sweats and a helmet and was carrying a shotgun. He stared at the prisoner with severe hostility. He then finally held out a pair of shackles. "It looks like you're leaving," he said. "Rules are rules, however. You're walking out in these." The prisoner stood up from the tiny stool in his cell and clapped on the shackles himself. "As long as I'm getting out of here." The orange fox grabbed the chains and held on to the prisoner as they headed towards the exit. They walked down a narrow hallway smeared in dirt and grime with only a few lamps holding dim light-bulbs overhead. As the orange fox and the prisoner were walking, they could here the teasing and harassment coming from other cells. "Well, look who flung the coop!" "Hey, Nancy boy!" "If it ain't the mighty big kahuna?" "Why is he getting out? Why not me?" Ignoring the cries, the orange fox and the prisoner had some conversation. "You're not just getting off Scott-free," said the orange fox. "You've got to earn your freedom." "Why are you releasing me now, then?" asked the prisoner. "Because you can't do your job in that cage." "What exactly am I supposed to do?" "I think you know what." "...You can't be serious." "That's something not to be joked about. We're leaving this up to you. What you did to get yourself in here in the first place seemed to prove your ability. I would've killed you on the spot, but someone higher in command found you useful." The prisoner looked down on the ground, tuning out the world while lost in thought. A rotten apple hit him in the side of the face. Both the prisoner and the orange fox finally reached the door leading outside. The prisoner saw sunlight for the first time in what seemed like a millennium. He stared all around, not looking at one thing in particular. After the sheer bewilderment faded, he quickly looked back at the orange fox. "What makes you think that I won't just run off and not do my job?" The orange fox never changed the look on his face. "What? We can't trust our prisoners? Besides, if you decide to run off, we will definitely find you. Don't question that." The orange fox pulled out the key to the shackles and unlocked them. With a soft thud, the hit the sand below; spewing sand up in the air. The prisoner rubbed his wrists to get back his circulation. The orange fox turned back towards the door and opened it. He looked back at the prisoner. "Don't let us down." The door slammed shut.  |

...It was 13 pages after Brawl had taken off. An unknown ninja was sitting by a curve, when some random man came flying right past him.
"What the hell happened to you?" Asked the ninja.
"Erk, I got hit by a giant blast from McJesus, he has some power." Explained the Brawler.
"Who's Mcjesus?, and what power?"
"You never heard? It's already been a damn 13 pages since it started."
"What has? What are you talking about?"
"Ah, yes, I never had a chance to explain, my apologies. There's this thread, called 'Super MS Paint Brawl', the fact that it's MS Paint opens up lots of possibilities! Well, and closes a few. It's where you can have a small fight with everyone in the thread, and you put all your powers to use, hell, you can even make up your own character!"
"Hm, seems interesting, where is this?"
"Ah, it's right there!"
And so, that was the moment, this ninja had discovered [glow=red,2,300]SUPER MS PAINT BRAWL!![/glow]
" Brawl, here comes Yacazuma...."

I walk in a strange parking lot there was a small booth blocking the entrance, painted on the booth was "Aperture Science Lab". I walk into the booth "Just as I thought. empty." I said to myself. Suddenly I fall into a hole on the ground and I was inconsistence. I wake up in a lab with a strange item on my hand, my shoes were gone, I had two metal things on my leg, and I was wearing a orange jumpsuit. A voice came out of nowhere, the voice told me it was named GlaDos. GlaDos told me I was test subject 416 "test subject?!" I yelled. Then I was told to complete 19 task. The 19 task wasn't as easy as I thought I had to use the strange item to take me to places I couldn't reach on my own by making 2 portal. Then I reached task number 17. GlaDos gave me a sort of cube like object called the Companion Cube. I was told to protect it and it protected me. We were the best of friends and we were a perfect fit. Glados told me I had to put my companion into a furnace and so I did. It killed me inside but I knew she was stilled out there. I completed task number 18 and continued on to 19. I was surprised that I had to fight GlaDos and escape the lab it was the hardest part of my test put I passed. But now that I'm free, I search for my faithful Companion Cube. But a cube so valuable must have been taken, and I bet the person who took her is in the white void.  |

A normal day at the kingdom. Woke` up at 10:30AM like i always do. I went to the feasting chamber to get some breakfast. (The cooks here make MEAN blueberry pancakes  .) Anyway, when I went down there everybody was slain by the rival kingdom. A few soldiers were still scouting around the palace looking for people, luckily they didn't know of the secret chamber i dug out in my quarters with a spoon. The chamber lead to the armory. The whole place was fished out, and the weapons were sent to the rival kingdom. The only thing left was my family crest. The family crest was a pack of cards, marked with a spade on the back. I grabbed the crest and ran out. When i got to the entrance no one was there. Nothing was there! It was pure black eating the planet. I had nowhere to run so I just jumped in, it lead here. That was a day ago, 1/13/08. I still haven't really met anyone here at all. If there's anyone there, please help me.  |
