Those arms are not (roughly) the same length. You should keep an eye out for that. Also, give the next dude a neck and some shoulders.

You should stay to fullbodies, you've improved vastly over the years, so you should probably break away from the basic stickfigures. Or atleast have the factor of gravity when you do draw stick figures in different poses. Like how they will stand and what they might look like going against gravity. Now for blood effects you're going to have to have a splatter motion, as well as bits and stuff of the skull if you want to go all graphic. The blood will splatter out of the hole thats been forced by the bullet, some blood will trail off the bullet after impact and some might shoot out the front of the bullet wound. That gun is relatively too small to cause a big ass head gash like that so size also counts.
