"Jeeze..." Adrian didn't know what to do, obviously he was now in a battle with a trainer, of what faction he had no idea, but a trainer.
Guess it was time to have his first battle!
*sigh* "alright then. Tim! Use tackle again, I guess!"
Tim charged and jumped for the Magnemite, willing to attack the metal beast which had hurt his ears.

As Fluffy digs in for the attack, the Beedrill's Trainer barks his order. "Beedrill, Fury Attack!" The Beedrill yanks its stinger out of the snow, darting to the side as Fluffy leaped towards it. Fluffy turns to face the Beedrill, who launches his attack. The stingers become blurs as it thrusts towards the Pokémon. Mimi can only watch as the stingers sink into her Pokémon's fur. Blood drips from three wounds, soaking Fluffy's fur as she collapses on the ground. The Beedrill stops, buzzing triumphantly over its victory.
Fizz darts forward, tongue lapping at Abra. Abra proves quicker and dodges the attack, launching its counterattack. The spheres swirl once more around Abra, and it shoots them at the Gastly. Most part harmlessly through the gaseous Pokémon, though a few connect solidly with the solid core.
Tim jumped once more at Magnemite, who once more floated out of range of the attack. The two are interrupted as they hear snow crunching. They turn to see a Trainer riding a Pinsir, who trudges through the snow as fast as possible. "Move it!" yells the Trainer, continuing forward. He aims to pass through the middle of the battle, with no intent of changing course.

Charlie flicked his view towards the fallen Eevee, while Mimi rushed over to tend to her, ignoring the enemy Pokemon completely. Either way, the Beedrill was too busy congratulating itself to notice, while the trainer chuckled to himself. "A one-hit knockout! Is this really all TR has to offer these days?" The E4 trainer looked over at Charlie, who was glaring at him through his shades. "Well how about you then? Nothing to say?"
Charlie did not speak, simply nodding his head towards Ace, who still had a death grip on Doduo. "Ace, finish him."
((Oh man if this BITE doesn't faint Doduo I will look so silly!))

David had seen Pinsir before in books or on TV and always thought it was frankly a pretty stupid looking animal. The most prominent piece of its body is a pair of horns sticking directly upwards! It has to bend over to use them and it barely has knees! What kind of ridiculous animal is this?
Well, apparently it's one that looks far less silly and far more intimidating when it's man-sized and running towards you.
Completely forgetting the battle, Dave scrambled away and fumbled on his belt for the right pokeball. The Magnemite didn't seem to have the same idea, its single eye still locked directly onto Tim while it slowly strafed around him in circles. If it noticed the approaching Pinsir at all then it didn't give any sign. "Magnemite, get back here!" A red beam of light shot out to encapsulate the floating pokemon, sucking it back into its ball. From within the transparent lid it didn't seem to be too happy about this, anxious to finish what it had started but there wasn't really much it could do about it.
Now safely out of the way, David thought about angrily yelling something back to the Pinsir's trainer but slowly thought better of it. That would require talking to him, to start with. He might get mad and do something about it and David didn't think he'd stand much chance in a fight. On top of that, Pinsir is far larger than Magnemite and it looked a lot stronger, and besides he'd just been in a batt- Oh yeah right, he was meant to be in a battle and he just withdrew his pokemon and didn't have any others. Uh... whoops? He looked around furtively for his opponent to see what he would do next, maybe he'd be distracted by the new arrival too and then he could just sneak away?

Suddenly Adrian's opponent ran whilst returning his pokemon, at the same moment a trainer with a Pinsir appeared on the scene.
Adrian put on a facade faster then you could drop a hat.
Which frankly, isn't that fast, but still moderately speedy.
Adrian took on a relaxed, detective-like pose and stared at the new trainer. At the same time Tim turned to face David.
"Hey you whats going on why did you attack me whats up with you I just wanted to know whats going on jeeeeze" echo'd through the cold air as Tim relayed his message.
Or at least it would have if Eevee's didn't speak in "EE" and "VEE"
Adrian took this moment to ask the new trainer a question, he did so with the straightest face he could make.
"Hey, you with him?" he motioned to David with a backward facing thumb, while Tim stood staring at David, growling slightly.
It was the Pokemon who attacked him, not the grey clothed man, he hasn't done anything and does not deserve a tackle attack, only the floating ball does, you have morals, and standards and you believe in fairness.
But no one cared cause all they heard was "eevee EE EEVEE VEE EE. vee vee ee ee eeeeee vee."

Ace clamps down on the Doduo quickly. His muscles snap to and fro as he viciously swings himself about. He drops to the ground, a chunk of bloody flesh and feathers hanging from his fangs. He leaps at the Doduo, only to pass through its outline as the Trainer immediately recalls the fainted Pokémon, only just saving it from death.
Fizz darts forward again. The Abra quickly brings another set of orbs to bear, spinning them around it to gain power for the attack. Fizz darts between two, passing through the Abra as its long, paralyzing tongue dragging over the Pokémon. The attack fizzles out as the Abra stops moving entirely. As the Abra collapses into the snow, Fizz enveloped the body, and Quinton can clearly see the Pokémon shriveling away as his Gastly drains Abra of all its energy. The Trainer darts forward, flailing his arms to try and drive Gastly away and off his Pokémon. Regardless, he hefts the disheveled body of his Abra up, glaring at Quinton.
The new Trainer glared between David and Adrian, lips curled in a snarl as he slowed his Pokémon to a halt. "Whaddya think, nerd?" he taunts. He lightly hopped off the Pinsir, who stomped in the snow to gain a better foothold.

Mimi ran up to Fluffy and fell to her knees, staring helplessly at the fallen Pokémon before her. "Ee- vee..." Fluffy whimpered. Mimi lifted up her fallen friend, too distraught to even think about recalling her, gave one tear-filled glance to Charlie, and ran off to the nearest Pokécenter, barely able to see through her tears.
(Man, now I'm sad...)

Quinton smirked sadistically at the other trainer. "What? You gave me the impression that you were a tough guy earlier. Don't mess with the best." Quinton said, looking over at Fizz as he fixed his glasses. "I guess you might be stronger than I thought, good job." Quint reached out and tried to pat the Gastly on the head, but his hand passed through him, distorting Fizz's image before the gases recollected.
"Gaaastly." Fizz said in a dark, moaning voice.

Adrian almost lost his cool, he nearly shouted I AIN'T NO NERD! but he was just barely able to keep it together.
With a slight crack in his voice, Adrian Replied "b-.. by the looks of it, and your response... i'd guess no.... is that right?"
while doing this he took a moment to glance slightly over his shoulder, checking on Tim.

Mimi sprints through the snow, darting down frozen streets and alleys she's taken as shortcuts for years now. She slides to a stop in front of the PokéCenter, tugging on the doors. They're locked tight, the doors barely budging at all. Peering inside, all the lights are off, and no one is in sight. The machine behind the counter gives off a soft glow from the healing tray.
The Trainer snarls at Quinton, stalking off without a word. A moment later, a crying, pink haired girl runs past, a bloody bundle of fur cradled in her arms.[/url] The Trainer stares between Adrian and David.[/i] "Whatever. Outta my way, kid," he orders, moving to step past and be on his way.

Mimi, too distraught to think of anything or anyone ofter than Fluffy, searches around the PokéCenter for something hard to break the glass on the (door/window) (whichever thing she was looking though, you weren't terribly clear).
