The current rankings are as follows:
Current #11 (gets moved up to 10 if someone drops): TheOmnipresence
The Rules:
If a Brawler is on the rankings, they may challenge the Brawler immediately above them to a rankings fight (the details of which are described below). If the challenger wins, the two Brawlers swap rankings. If the defender wins, everything stays the same. Unranked Brawlers can start from the bottom by challenging #10.
A user may only have one of their Brawlers in the ranking at any given time. If ranked user wants to switch out which Brawler they're using, they are removed from the rankings, with everyone below them moving up a rank, and with number 10 being replaced by whoever was most recently kicked off of number ten.
If a user is unable to accept a challenge from a user for acceptable reasons (i.e. IRL issues, computer virus, serious illness), they can delay the challenge or pass it along to the next highest ranked Brawler. The ranking of the Brawler who was unable to participate would remain unchanged; the other two Brawlers would swap if the challenger won. (If someone declines too many challenges, they will just be removed from the rankings and replaced according to the procedure above).
Matches:
After a Brawler has been challenged, the two participants must agree on a set of rules for the match, which must include a time limit. If the two cannot agree on a set of rules (or just wish to make things easy), the default rules will be used:
Both users will agree to a set of judges for the match who will determine a winner after the match is over. There can be either three or five judges. If you don't pick a set, I will personally judge the match, along with whichever mods I feel like judging with at the time. Optionally, instead of judges, the participants can have all users vote on the winner.
Special matches in which more than two ranked Brawlers participate at the same time are allowed, but with small modifications to the rules. Three-way battles would go on for six weeks, with one Brawler eliminated (and moved to the lowest ranking slot at stake) at the three-week mark. Battles larger than three-ways will have their rules determined as they come.
Challenges between ranked members are on a first-come, first-serve basis, although if multiple challenges involving the same Brawler are issued close enough together, it is strongly suggested that the affected users consider a multi-way match. If number 10 is challenged more than once within a short period, the challengers begin a week-long lightning match in which they all post as quickly as they can (without quality suffering too much). Whoever performs the best in this round earns the right to challenge the tenth-ranked Brawler.

After a Brawler has been challenged, the two participants must agree on a set of rules for the match, which must include a time limit. If the two cannot agree on a set of rules (or just wish to make things easy), the default rules will be used:
- 4-week standard brawling, with a 1 week time limit on individual pics (i.e. you have a week at most to respond to your opponent's picture, although you will likely be regarded more highly if you make more pictures)
- The defender chooses a battleground. If they can't decide, the default is The Arena.
- The challenger posts the first picture, which customarily consists of a fight through a horde of the defender's minions in order to get to the defender's lair.
