The Briefcase represents Mr. Nothing.
Rageblood, Jack Normandy, Sin and yourself are represented inside the briefcase, and you are the highest pistol, next to the bullets that appear to be 'floating'.
The 'Blue things about the Hammer' is ice, and represents Johnny Icecream.
Anything else you'd like cleared up? :P
