Yeah, I dunno Nitro, if you make Nitro accept the game, do not end it in one shot.

MVG, Polytech Institute holds an anime convention every year or so. Do you go to those? Because they also run a Brawl tournament on the same day, so we could totally meet up and stuff.

Protip: If you don't have "healing" as one of your powers, regeneration of any kind is going to wear you down like nuts Too bad for me that is the case for Spike. :( Gonna be pulling some hospital hijinks if we hang around here for too long. I got a bunch of ideas ready to go! Also BALTO TAKE NOTES. This is how you make paper drawings visible: - Use pen. - Use an image editing program to increase contrast and decrease brightness.

The humor DJ is peddling is fine, the issue is a lot of his pictures don't make sense in context with the rest of the thread.
There's nothing wrong with the random humor, but DJ, c'mon, at least make it make sense. You did so pretty well in One Week Battle, imho, so why not use that as a starting point?
And the rest of you, stop being so bitchy and trying to make everyone's picture's as violent as, well... violence.

Well, don't direct that at me; Grent and Metal were the ones with the biggest concerns about your latest attack. The main gripes Grent, Metal, and probably other onlookers, myself included, had with your picture were the semantics, aka how you "broke the rules," as it were, by doing things that generally aren't possible, in other words, either by Brawl physics or by your character's limitations.
Besides, if we should be pointing fingers at anyone for lack of effort... well, Destructin comes to mind. ;p
But we shouldn't be chastising anyone over using low effort in their pictures; a difference in effort from picture to picture is fine, it's just that we need to know exactly how low the effort cap is in order for it to be acceptable.

Like I said, I got 'dis. Scientific reasoning for Spike dodging the blast: Human reaction time is .2 seconds, and saying "crap," as depicted in Nitro's picture, takes longer than that. Anyway, even if Nitro had re-attached his arms the way he did, there's no way they could be THAT cohesive to avoid falling off very easily. The last bit is Spike basically covering the one option Nitro had to avoid landing in the Cavern(exploding his way out via foot explosions). It's not too important, hence why I didn't put too much effort into that part, but I needed to make sure I included it.

Well, GTA and Eternal Darkness aren't unheard of on Nintendo, so that's really cool, I guess.
Also I was about to post those news... you beat me to the punch. >:(
Also, a possible reported name for the console is Nintendo Stream... which, admittedly doesn't sound too bad, until you pair that up with its predecessor's name... Wii...

Well, no matter.
Despite all of the inconsistencies, such as Nitro outrunning a thrown object(note how a baseball can be thrown at ~80mph by a normal baseball player, then consider how Spike is far stronger than a normal human, and there you go), magically reattaching his arms without explanation, not having Spike turn around from the beginning to watch Nitro's every move for some reason
As long as no one interrupts me(since I can't technically call a reserve), I got 'dis.

You also use the same two colours all the time. This is the only part of your argument that caught my attention. John12346 is capable of using any color energy he wants, but I just make him use blue out of personal choice. There's nothing really wrong with reusing the same color every time if the option to change it is a choice. Everything else said by you and Grent are valid concerns, though, I guess...

Time constraints?
Nitro you had 5 whole days left gah
And also the point of throwing the arms away was so Nitro couldn't reach them, but w/e, details, details

My bad, Balto had used it shortly after we landed on the Black Void, not in space. Although, I guess to clear up the contradiction this makes with Spike's statement... we can just assume that anywhere not on the "home planet" is in space... I guess.

Although I only see it as a small step up from my MS Paint work, since my style mostly remained the same through the transition.

Doing this picture made me realize how much I'm supposed to hate MS Paint... Drawing on paper is a helluva lot easier than drawing on the computer with a mouse, especially since I don't really need to be pixel perfect there to get my point across. Although drawing on paper still takes a bit of time, since I need to sketch, then ink, then color if necessary, but this is way more fun than doing freaking computer drawings. I wish I had a scanner at my dormitory... I'm only at home temporarily... it'd definitely make things a lot easier, for sure. ANYWAY Yes, intimidation is totally a legitimate tactic on the field of battle, especially when you're soaked down in blood. Although it kind of helps when you're a monstrous being with one hell of a glare. Also, for those who don't get it, Spike used the glue to re-attach his jaw back into place.

I still find it astonishing that anyone is capable of responding THAT quickly... You, Luzuese, are insanely quick on the draw.
Of course, I'm almost done with my response too, so it might just give off that impression of synchronicity if I post quick enough!
Can I assume you're using tablet?

So, apparently, there have been leaked rumors from Nintendo over a NEW console that aims for the hardcore gamer market, rather than the family market. According to this, Nintendo plans on releasing the news of it at the next E3 conference. I'm not sure how much stock we could put behind these stories, but hey, rumors are rumors, right!? Because exploding generally = boom, while Glace's fire-ice = melee weapons
And regardless, the main point was why I would comment on a direct attack against my character to be awesome. I was commenting simply from a "that was epic" perspective. I'm not Spike, so why would I be concerned about him having his spine (possibly) broken in half?
Making the distinction between user and character is important...
