Simple: bannable rule against screamers. Also, we can't do that here, but a new wesite (which I should really get started on) would make it possible. |

We need to have a chat server for all the people who're working on the site to come in and help whenever they're available, or anyone could pop in and give and helping hand every once and a while. |
