Well, here's my second story! Hope you like it
Hopefully this will be updated more than "The White Void" because it's plot is more fully developted, White Void has some story issues.
After the death of Swordkill's story, ".Brawl," I got permmission from him to write my own Brawl RPG story. So, this is the thread for it.
Swordkill, I know you wanted me to include Chapter 2 in here with 1, but if I do that, it leaves me with no clear way to end chapter 2, so this is just chapter 1.
If you think the story moves slowly, just wait, it gets better in chapter 2, then the real stuff starts in 3.
Enought bull****, Time for a story!

Chapter 1: The best way to spend $40
“Don’t worry, Leo, we won’t move for a long time, maybe we’ll spend a whole six months here!”
Yes, he said ‘a long time’ and yes, he said ‘six months.’
That bullshit came from my Dad as we drove through the driveway of our 19th house to date.
I’m Leo, Leo Vear my Dad’s name is Calvin Vear. I’ve fallen victim to NASA’s new recruiting idea. Hire a parent, keep moving the parent every month or two so the Kid(s) grow up unsociable, awkward, and have no choice but to follow in their parent’s footsteps and get a job at NASA. It’s true, my dad works for NASA, and as a result my life sucks. Boo Hoo.
But then something changed when we moved to Seabright, New Jersey.
Our new house was at the top of a long, winding hill, much like everything in the neighborhood of Highlands. I’d heard that the place had been a horrid shade of yellow, but then some kid inherited it from his parents and painted it a nice, subtle shade of blue. He’d also redone the tiles on the slanting roof, fixed up the two porches, one on the ground floor, and the other directly above it, all in all, he’d done a great job. Then He’d sold it to us, and got rid of the insane cost of monthly taxes on the place.
“C’mon, Leo, unpack your bags and check out your room. I got you a nice new notebook, with Virtual Reality technology!” I’d been standing in front of the car for a while now, so I went upstairs to my room.
I’d been sitting around the house for an hour when my dad came into my room.
“Listen, Leo.” He told me. “I know the moving thing is hard, and I want to thank you for being so great about it. Here’s $40, go out and buy yourself something nice.” I knew instantly that there was only one way to spend $40...
I headed for the local Gamestop I’d seen from the car.
