Best. Movie. Ever.
Discuss.
No, seriously, it was wonderful. I'm a big fan of Tarantino's stuff, but this one takes the cake. Brad Pitt is simultaneously a total badass and hilarious, the supporting cast is wonderful, and, as usual for Quentin, the special effects (most notably the gore) were expertly done. Action-packed and funny as hell. 10/10

Has Tarantino ever failed at a movie? I need to watch this, along with more of his werk.

Does the guy still shove his foot fetish into his movies, he did that a lot in Death Proof.

Does the guy still shove his foot fetish into his movies, he did that a lot in Death Proof. Come to think of it, there was one scene sorta towards the end that, if taken alone, sounded a hell of a lot like a foot fetish scene. ...until the girl got strangled...

i think after the grindhouse film he went sorta mad and started using more excessive violence and crude humor.
But it's fuckin' tarantino, the maker of fucking reservoir dogs and pulp fiction. Death proof and hostel*cough*. the guy played in planet terror, fuckin' from dusk till dawn and fucking reservoir dogs itself. the cast is ok, and the concept is pretty cool,
i have seen rough previews, so i can't really judge on that.
also, most gore in tarantinos films is done by special effect genious Tom Savini for from dusk till dawn and dawn of the dead.

To be honest, I'm getting a bit sick of all the absurdist comedies out this year-last year, I mean its better than Movie A "Teenage girl with huge rack walks into bathroom and gets manhandled by her boyfriend who turns into a big flaming dick monster and hunts her down while stalking and murdering all of her friends", but come on...
Is another "Watchmen" or "Max Payne" or even a "Curious Case Of Benjamin Button" so hard to ask? I'd even stoop for a Sweeney Todd. Of course, there's always 9.
But back on-topic, this is the one with the commercial where the guy goes "There's only one thing we're doing here. Killing Nazis." right? I heard it was a bit better than Tropic Thunder (the flick with Ben Stiller) which really isn't saying much. I might go see it on a weekend off with friends. Like McJ said though, I'll trust Tarantino I'm not wasting twenty bucks and that's all.

Tropic Thunder was awesome. I agree with this man. Haven't seen Inglorious yet though.

Awesome, the new cinema at our local shopping centre is open, and HOT. DAMN. It is like, the classiest thing in the entire suburb. Raises the bloody bar it does. Oh and Inglourious Basterds was great. :3c

And taking into account the situation of the rest of that place, yeah it's pretty slick.

I saw it recently and it is grand. Christopher Waltz is such a good actor D: I just saw it tonight. Loved it. The Bear-Jew reminded me of the scout. Not really familiar with TF2, but what about them is so similar aside from the fact that they both have bats?

No, not really. Bear Jew wasn't obnoxious in the slightest, even in "the good way." (Not sure there is a good way...)

DISAGREEABLE I mean, sure there were some parts that me and my cousin thought were awesome. But there are alot of SLOW parts in that movie. The type of parts you fall asleep watching. I probably would've if I wasn't in an uncomfortable theatre chair. Hell, in fact, I think there were only about five or six good parts. I would list them but they'd be spoilers to everyone who hasn't watched the movie yet. It's the type of movie I wouldn't want to see twice.

Sorry, I get a bit aggrivated when people complain about a movie because they were too lazy to read all those subtitles.
Xin, for example, simply didn't like the movie. I can respect that, even though I disagree. I consistently get mad at the subtitles argument, though, as foreign languages bring realism to the movie.
