Any anomalies are the direct result of the small number of judges. I assure you that the method used to select judges was fair and unbiased. TL;DR: Quit yer bitching.

It's machine code! You gotta explain to me what I'm looking at in detail bro. Basically it sets each judge to have a certain number of matches to judge, maximum, then it randomly assigns 3 of them to each match. That seems like you did it graphically Grent. You apparently used the Y1= and the table. Nope, I used the lists and a matrix.
