We NEED a 'New to Super Paint Brawl?' forum

I was talking to a guy earlier, and he visited the site and was utterly confused. I suggest a sticky called 'People who can help you!' with a list to some of the more active and trusted users who newbs can pm for help.

Another sticky to be labelled 'What to do here!'. This sticky would provide a quick and lengthy explanation about all the forums, and how we generally operate.

Then the rest of the forum would be for general confusion posts.

I would be glad to type these stickies up if the forum is created.

Maybe a renaming is in order, as we clear up most other things easily enough.
