Alright guys, were talking about the future of SPB here. The SPB (Or Brawl City) comic! I know that most of you want to be a comic designer in the future, so lets get it started right! It might be good to go ahead and establish some things now, perhaps.

Pfffttt....I'm either becoming a chef, a screenplay writer, a novelist/writer, or an actor. I'd be overjoyed to write some storyboards or storylines though - when I'm older I might have better methods of transferring them.

If this were actually going to get published, I don't know if we would rather get this penciled, inked, and all that jazz or done off the computer.

I would only feel comfortable adding to this stuff if it were pencil and paper and whatnot.

I want to become a number of things, comic artist included, but that's not the point. I think it should be Brawl City Short Stories or something of that nature. A couple of pages on a particular scene in BC explaining relationships, personalities, an insight into brawlah life. And of course some reoccuring elements to keep continuity. If we want to jump around the timeline instead of being chronological, we might want to think about creating an actual canon timeline (which will be ignored for the most part because olololo)

Damn you beat me to itI agree totally with these guys. The comic should be based on short stories and we need to get all the materials and the artists that will do the comic all in order.

IF the comic were to be something epic, though, maybe a title such as "Brawl City Legends" would fit the situation.

Well if you're only doing short stories they don't have to be in any kind of order since its only going to be for one issue.

Okay, seriously, screw you conformists. Seriously. I despise your pitiful excuses of luncheon meat for coming to this realization at this point in time. I was the FIRST to want a canon-ness to Brawl, but I got WAY WAY shot down because "threads and relationships and stories didn't have to mean anything or be connected".
Yes. Yes. That's a good idea. You know, again, we sound like we're overshooting ourselves here. We have 26-28 members regularly, and about a little more than half (no offense, this includes myself) have no experience drawing professional comics or getting those kinds of pop rocks mixed and ready to be devoured gloriously. And the soda of the matter is - none of us are that willing, and we have a tournament going. Not to shoot you down Snake, but let's take one matter at a time. And even further, 2 out so many of us here said ANIMATOR, not comic designer, in which case I think we should just go back to the original plan we had when we first tasted ambition on our purty little forum. Screw the game, screw the meet-up, screw the tournament, screw the advertising. Get back to work on the Flash, it was easier, it at least sounded more coordinated, and we actually had an idea of what was happening to it. And it allowed us to freely spend our time without meeting criteria or forcing others to conform.

For the record, I'd want to be a comic writer/artist. Or even a regular writer.Screw the game, screw the meet-up, screw the tournament, screw the advertising.. . .Wait, you guys were serious on those two?
