Prologue: New Faces
Sandsman dusted some sand particles off his shoulders. The sand always appears in the most unpredictable and annoy places. He gets sand in his food, in the Xbox controllers... Very unpleasant.
He couldn't help it, that was the way he was born. Sure, it gets down the sofa and in his food, but it can prove an incredible advantage in battle.
Anyway, the sand plays a large part in this story. Unfortunately, now I've told you that, it's sort of spoiled the plot. Well, not really. Just remember I said that, yeah? Sand. Think sand.
So, nobody really minded the sand. If it got on the floor, Jives would clean it up. If it got on the floor in anyone's chambers, Sands would clean it up. It worked absolutely fine. Nobody said anything any more.
Appart from Azran, that is. He hated the stuff. Always digging in to the carpet, never coming out, even with the power of a vaccuum cleaner. Azran is the only innactive member, if you get me. He sits in his quarters drinking his tea and watching his TV. He never got involved any more. He would always stay in his quarters and only come out to get something out the expensively over-sized fridge in the kitchen.
Nobody even thought Azran should be a member, besides SwordKill. SwordKill and Azran had been friends for years, before SwordKill had come to the White Void for brawling. When they lived together in a flat in Brawl City.
Sandsman dusted some sand particles off his shoulders and got a large can out of a high cupboard. In this large can was jellied fuel. Why would somebody keep a can of jellied fuel in their kitchen, you ask? To feed Sorkies. Sorkies is a hovering robot that was designed and built by Spawner. He is basically a large sheet of metal with alot of vital parts stamped to it, and a LCD screen adjacent to the edge of it. The LCD screen displayed Sorkies' mood, with the use of emoticons. Most of the time, it's set at :3 , but it has been known to change to :c , and even >:C , which can lead to sticky results.
Sands opened the can and poured the petrol into a large dish by the fridge. "The lil' guy gets violent when he's hungry" Sands thought. Well, Sorkies technically doesn't get hungry. Only low on fuel. But Sands knew that.
"Excuse me, Mr Sands" came a voice from the speaker on the kitchen wall. It was Jives, the robot butler, barman and maid. "You are needed in the meetings room. Master Virus says it is a matter of... Serious business."
