I'm sure my catchy Thread name caught your eye and drew you in, so I might as well tell you what's going on...
1. Unfortunately, I'm 90% sure that I'm not going to to be brawling anytime soon, but my mascot characters are not being scrapped! I mean Robotkilla is the representation of what I used to think was cool looking!...what? just me?...shut up.

2. I'm a Junior in high school so homework, studying, chores, and after-school activities are cluttering my drawing time so even if I would try to brawl, I could hardly get 1 panel with good looking details and all. Oh well.

3. Things are looking grim for my future Brawl time but do not fret! My business here is far from over! (btw what happened to Rabies and McJesus? THEY WERE MY HEROES! except for McJesus' smoking problem...) This thread is going to be my little communication with the SPB community! (what's left of it) I have a bad feeling that SPB is dying...so I'm trying to help stimulate people's brawling senses by not brawling!...HEY I NEVER SAID I'D DO A GOOD JOB AT HELPING JEEZ.

4. I haven't explained what sport logos have to do with anything so here it is: I've gotten a new hobby, making sport team (not already existing) logos. That's right! If you plan on making the next NFL football team, but you need a team name, logo, color scheme, or anything, I've got some pre-created logos just for your convenience! #1. Wild Hogs



I had an earlier version of my perception of the Wild Hogs, as I'm surprised that there are very few teams, no major league teams as a matter of fact, that use a boar, or a pig, or a hog for their team name. (Yes, the Carolina Hurricanes DO use a pig for their mascot but I had expected their mascot to be a crane or a bird of some sort. But that's hockey for you, one too many bashes against the side wall and a dozen or so missing teeth and you confuse pigs with birds.) I WAS thinking of calling it the Warthogs, but I thought that Wild Hogs was better because:

a. We probably have more wild boars than warthogs in America
b. Wild boars can get to be pretty damn massive. I remember hearing about one Wild boar that was a massive 1051lbs! (That's 476,725.5809 grams if you're not from the United States) Here's a link to this hogzilla
c. I'm not talking about your slop-chowing farm squealers, I'm talking about a really aggressive animal. So those who are comparing it to gluttony already, take you head out of your ass and pay attention.
d. Pork is the best fucking meat you'll ever taste. Just look at my resources

#2. Rhode Island Fishers



I'm sure your thinking, "RobotKilla, while that sure is a shnazzy logo you got there, I think I have seen that color scheme...and style!". In which I would reply, "Well my friend, you have been watching the games lately because the Detroit Lions must be new to you, since they've just recently actually become good. And yes, they do have the same color scheme AND style. which is why I'm openly asking everyone they're opinion of it's team colors. Hell, redo everything, I do want to keep the anchor though, cause anchors are fucking heavy.

#3. Oakland Jesters


I actually did look up on Chris Creamer's website for everything sport logos and actually found that there IS a team called the Jesters! But I think it's in one of those foreign leagues or isn't even a team anymore so that's okay. You're probably thinking about this right now and saying to yourself, "Hey! I'm quite sure that Jesters were never very strong and they were always looked down on! How could that possibly make a good team?!". In which I would respond, "Well my medieval friend, you're looking too deep into trivial history because here in the business world, we don't care about history! Unless it will greatly offend the public, then we stay clear of it. Otherwise, we tell history to go long and stay long. Either way, I'm sure Jesters did a shit load of cartwheels in their day, and that's an athlete when I see one!

#4. Vermont Day Runners



The Problem I have with this logo is that I'm getting the feeling that that shape has been used numerous times, and probably copyrighted too. But I thought it would look kinda cool on the side of a helmet so I thought, "Eh, I'll give it a shot". I was thinking on calling the team the 'Valkyries', until I looked up what a valkyrie really is.


"In Norse mythology, a valkyrie (from Old Norse valkyrja "chooser of the slain") is one of a host of female figures who decide who will die in battle. Selecting among half of those who die in battle (the other half go to the goddess Freyja's afterlife field Fólkvangr), the valkyries bring their chosen to the afterlife hall of the slain, Valhalla, ruled over by the god Odin."[Wikipedia]

Then I thought, "Shit, I can't call a very masculine team a feminine name! Welp, back to the drawing board." But then I looked at the logo again and thought, "You know? I'm sure there's plenty of other names to describe that!" So after a long while of searching, I came across what's called a day-runner. A day-runner was given to those back in Ancient Greece who ran from battle ALL THE WAY home to Greece to report losses and victories and important war news. It was a dangerous job because of the pressure, the unnatural terrain, and the fact you had to be in the middle of battle where lots of shit is going down. So therefore, I'm sticking with the "Day-Runners"

#5. Utah Minions



I have another version of the Minions, which I've noticed was...well...kinda simple and generic. Not to say that this isn't. But the other one is almost even more generic. This one has at least a little bit of character. Funny thing is, I looked up on a website with all the sport teams ever made, from major league, to minor league, to college, to...even international. And NO ONE had a team called the Minions. Which was surprising to me, cause if someone thought up of the soccer team the Philadelphia Atoms, then I'm sure someone would've come up with the Minions sure enough. But, nope, I'm apparently the first! so happy day!. I think I could've made a cooler looking logo for the first ever, but hey. It's a start!

#6. Las Vegas Creatures



I actually did not have this logo planned. You can probably tell because of how sloppy and unprofessional it looks. Well before you come at me with that non-sense, try and picture that on the side of a football helmet. Go ahead, do it. Bring out a template if you have to and just plop it on there. Didja do it? Does that not look good? Does that not look real? No? well fuck off, you critic bastard. Unless your Benjamin "Yatzhee" Croshaw then I'd tell you what you're doing looking at custom sport logos and not reviewing video games! I knew that Football needed a shark-thing, but Major league Hockey's already got the San Jose Sharks, so I had to think up of something new. Coincidentally, I was trying to make a green/red/white logo but it wasn't seeming to work. So I decided to take a new approach. I sat down, started working and soon forgot what the fuck I was making. So here we are, the Las Vegas Creatures. Cause Las Vegas has to have their team name be bad ass and but with very little thought process gone into it! (No offense Las Vegas)
