Just got back from the midnight premiere. Good action, good humor, Scarlet Johansson in a tight bodysuit, Stark blowing shit up, Hulk... Hulk.
Got back around 3' in the morning now, and all I can say is-

haven't seen it yet, been watching the marvel films i've missed. just watched thor and captain murrka last week, good shit. i'll go watch the avengers when i can.

I didn't watch Thor before going and I didn't feel like I missed anything. Hulk was entirely unnecessary in terms of Avengers context. I felt that Captain America and the Iron Mans added things, though.

Yeah like at the end of Captain America where Stark finds the little blue power-cube thing, which leads him to making that big ass blue generator thing which Iron Man's heart is based on. Hulk got a nice little reference in Thor, though. One of the dudes talks about one of his old colleagues who was a "pioneer in gamma radiation" who got shut down by S.H.I.E.L.D. Hawkeye was in Thor too so that was pretty cool.
